Dr. Sasikala Nagarajan has a professional experience of over 17 years, combining more than 15 years in academia and 2 years as a corporate trainer.

Dr. Sasikala has expertise in a wide range of areas including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Deep Learning, Optimization Techniques, and Educational Data Mining. Her application areas through research and projects span student performance prediction, employability analytics, wireless sensor networks, healthcare diagnostics, agriculture-based AI systems, and chemical language models. She has guided numerous funded student projects, organized hackathons, and completed specialized industry-oriented training programs in collaboration with Intel and Wipro.

She has authored several research papers in reputed journals, contributed to book chapters published by Springer and CRC Press, and holds an international patent. She has also delivered invited talks, conducted national-level conferences and workshops, and actively fosters academia–industry collaboration. She holds professional certifications in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Networking, complementing her strong technical expertise.

Dr. Sasikala Nagarajan holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. She completed her M.Tech. in Information Technology from Sathyabama University, Chennai, and earned her B.E. in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University. She is also a member of IEEE, actively contributing to the research and academic community.
