Dr. Bhavya Lingampalli is an Engineering Academic and Research Professional with over 12 years of experience, including 4 years of full-time teaching and more than 8 years of focused research in the areas of advanced manufacturing, friction stir processing, and materials engineering. She served as an Assistant Professor at TKR Engineering College, Arjun Engineering College, and Sri Venkateswara Engineering College.

Dr. Bhavya Lingampalli obtained her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, Chennai, with her research centered on friction stir processing and surface alloying of magnesium alloys, focusing on process optimization, mechanical property enhancement, corrosion behavior, and biofunctional performance. She holds an M.Tech. in CAD/CAM and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, with consistently strong academic performance. Her areas of specialization include Friction Stir Welding and Processing, Optimization Techniques, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Neural Networks, reflecting her interdisciplinary research approach.

In recognition of her research excellence, she received the Raman Research Award / Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Award from VIT University for her scholarly publication output.
