Ms. S. Annapurna Shobitha is a passionate researcher and academic with a strong background in Computer Science and Data Science. She has completed her integrated M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Data Science from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore—one of India's premier technical institutions.

Her academic journey has been marked by a strong focus on applied machine learning and computational biology. Her final year thesis, “Prediction of Disease in a Healthy Person Using Next Generation Sequencing,” explored the intersection of genomics and predictive analytics, showcasing her ability to work with complex biomedical datasets and cutting- edge sequencing technologies. This work reflects her keen interest in leveraging data- driven approaches for advancing healthcare solutions.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Annapurna Shobitha has contributed to interdisciplinary research, having authored a chapter in a book journal on the application of drones in agriculture. This work highlights the use of drone technology in precision farming and reflects her broader interest in applying technology for social and environmental impact.
