Assistant Professor of Management
Prof. Amthul Naseeb is a management educator and leadership mentor driven by a passion for developing emotionally intelligent, ethical, and career-ready professionals. Her academic expertise covers Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Leadership, Management Theory and Entrepreneurship Development. She believes that management education must go beyond academic learning to nurture the human side of leadership in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Her research focuses on humanizing business practices in the age of AI, exploring how leadership,empathy, ethics, and emotional intelligence can coexist with automation and data-driven decision-making. Alongside her academic role, she has been passionately engaged in soft skills and pre-placement training, helping students discover their professional potential and transition confidently into the corporate world. Her learner-centered teaching approach encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among future leaders.
