The School of Commerce & Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru is proud to associate with Whitireia and WelTec, New Zealand. W & W has a long, illustrious history in the area of education.

WelTec was first born as Petone Technical School in 1904, Whitireia was launched in 1985, and the two joined in 2012 to become known as Whitireia and WelTec. Then in September 2022, we became Whitireia and WelTec business division of Te Pūkenga - New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (Te Pūkenga).

W&W will provide opportunities for students of SCMS to study and work in New Zealand.

INREGU, Institut National de Recherche En Gestion Urbaine- France, focuses on analysis and research studies, and executive education related to the development of the urban environment all over the world. INREGU blends the academics, research & industry; assists students to acquire practical exposure in the international organizations.

Dayanand Sagar University-SCMS believes in providing international acquaintance, building confidence, creating opportunities to travel, discover, learn, understand and connect with people across the world to our students. This experience can be achieved by creating collaborative engagement with INREGU. In order to attain this, DSU- SCMS has taken a step to join hands with INREGU to offer “An International Internship Program at Lyon, FRANCE”. It’s an exclusive chance to have international internship experience at France.

This Training program provides an opportunity to get a research grant from the private sector. It assists to calculate overall budget for the investors. It helps to create value added services for the investors and formalize the investors’ package.

We are extremely happy to offer this international internship training program to our students which in-turn enhances the skills & knowledge of students.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) Founded in 1875, it is a vibrant, comprehensive, research-based, teaching-focused, student-centered learning community. IUP combines the academic opportunities of a large university with the highly personalized and intimate learning-centered environment of different colleges.

Dayanand Sagar University-SCMS believe in continuously improving the standard and quality of management education at par with the best practices of global institutions. This endeavor can be accelerated by creating collaborative engagement with IUP. In order to achieve this, Dayanand Sagar University-SCMS has taken initiative to collaborate with IUP to offer “A Summer Immersion and Certificate Program”. It’s a unique opportunity for short-term summer study abroad in the U.S. to explore long-term options.

This exciting program fetches numerous professionals from corporates such as PepsiCo, Walmart, BNY Mellon, Philips, Alcoa, FedEx, URBN and many more. The program conducts various industry panel sessions/ seminars/ industry visits and so on. In addition, several leading faculty members will provide workshops on various current topics in business and management field such as investment planning, project management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, e-commerce, small business planning database management etc. Participants will get extensive leadership opportunities and media exposure. The program also incorporates lessons on U.S. history, Government and politics with field trips to Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, and Niagara Falls. An optional trip no New York City will also be organized.

The Summer Program provides stay on IUP campus in its state-of-the-art residence halls. The experience of living on campus allows students to see that IUP is constantly working to make on-campus life amazing. The residence suites provide all the comforts needed for a month.
