Dr. Savita Hiremath of department of CSE and Prof.Naveen Kulkarni of Department of CSE(CS) demonstrated and trained different asanas of Hatha Yoga like Surya Namaskara, Yoga Namaskara, Veerabhadrasana, Sarvangaasana, etc., along with Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Meditation.
