Subham Sahoo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. He completed his M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar, and earned his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. With a strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, he is dedicated to delivering quality education and fostering innovation through research-driven teaching and practical learning.

His teaching and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Data Science. He has published research in reputed international conferences, including IEEE and Springer proceedings, with a focus on handwritten character recognition using deep learning techniques. Proficient in Python, C, C++, JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, and modern AI frameworks, he is passionate about mentoring students, strengthening their analytical and programming skills, and encouraging them to develop innovative AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges.
