Ms. Sriparna Paul is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. She completed her Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Distributed and Mobile Computing from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She also holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Adamas University Kolkata and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Amity University Kolkata.

Her areas of interest include IoT, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Database Management Systems and Data Analytics, Wireless Communications.

Her research area includes a smartphone-based indoor heading estimation system that combines smartphone sensor data, comprehensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and machine learning algorithms to evaluate heading estimation performance under various usage modes.

She also has done research on Quantum Computing for vehicle routing for autonomous vehicles which include QC fundamentals named Qubits, Superposition, Quantum Entanglement, Quantum Gates, Quantum Circuits, Bloch Sphere, Quantum Parallelism and Quantum Complexity,

She has experience in JAVA, Python, DSA, Database Management System, Machine Learning, SQL, and data analytics technologies. Her work includes the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of advanced communication algorithms, smartphone sensors, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions.

She is passionate about teaching, research, and innovation, and is committed to creating an engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and project-based learning.
