Ms. Shraddha Choudhary
Assistant Professor
Prof. Shraddha Choudhary is a postgraduate researcher and computer science practitioner with strong expertise in networks and Web Development. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, where she is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic administration. She has done her M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi. . She completed her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, CSJM University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Shraddha's research portfolio spans classical machine learning and network systems. She has contributed to multiple projects at the intersection of AI and biomedical research: a scalable NLP-driven pipeline for extracting biological relationships from scientific literature using LLM-based embeddings and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach (ChromaDB, Ollama); a Graph Convolutional Network model (GraphB3) for predicting blood-brain barrier permeability and Natpro, a curated database of natural bioactive compounds enabling cross-domain drug discovery research. She has also worked on a performance analysis framework for UALink GPU interconnects, simulating multi-tier cluster topologies from 2 to 1024 GPUs and demonstrating that credit-based flow control maintains 96–99% bandwidth efficiency under incast workloads.
She is proficient in C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, and works regularly with tools such as Pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, OpenCV, Matplotlib, Flask, Git/GitHub, and Jupyter Notebook. Alongside her research, she has served as a Teaching Assistant for Computer Networks, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, and Computer Organization at IIIT-Delhi.
