Rohit Kumar Singh is a dedicated professional in the field of Computer Science, currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru.

He has completed his M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur (Chennai).

Rohit has strong expertise in programming languages like C++, Python, and SQL, with proficiency in Machine Learning, Data structures and Algorithms, Cloud Computing (AWS), and Data Analysis. He is skilled in libraries like Pandas, and NumPy, and adept at data visualization tools such as Tableau. Professionally, he gained practical experience as a Software Intern at Lumiq.ai, where he developed and deployed machine learning model for health insurance cost forecasting on AWS.

He has worked on diverse projects such as Health Insurance Fraud Detection, Parkinson’s Disease Prediction, Diabetes Prediction and Credit Card Fraud Detection, where he applied advanced machine learning, deep learning, and data balancing techniques to improve prediction accuracy and enhance fraud detection in both healthcare and financial domains.
