Assistant Professor

Ripunjay Jaiswar currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at the School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, India, is a researcher specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Medical Image Analysis, and Computer Vision. He completed his Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India, in 2025, where he contributed to academic instruction as a Teaching Assistant for the Operating Systems Laboratory.

Before joining DSU, he gained experience through research-oriented industrial roles. As an AI/ML Intern at Tata Electronics, Bengaluru, he worked on the development and deployment of intelligent inspection systems, automated machine learning pipelines, and production-grade analytics platforms. He also served as a Data Science Trainee at Personifwy, contributing to natural language processing, predictive modelling, and experimental data analysis. Additionally, he worked with Hitech Informatics Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai as a Network Engineer, developing Python-based automation solutions for large-scale SD-WAN environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College, University of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. His academic and research interests include Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Deep Learning Optimization, Computer Vision, Medical Imaging, NLP, and Intelligent Decision Support Systems.
