Assistant Professor

Priya K M currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Commerce and Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore. She is pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology ,VIT University ,Vellore and has completed her MBA and M.Phil in Management domain with the specialization of Finance and Marketing. She has more than five years of industry experience ,two years of entrepreneurial experience and four years of research experience. During her Ph.D. tenure, Priya has made significant academic contributions, achieving six publications. Notably, two research papers have been recognized in the ABDC "B" category journal and are also indexed in prestigious databases such as Scopus Q1 and Web of Science, with impact factors of 5.36 and 4.00, respectively. Additionally, two other papers have been published in Scopus Q2 and Q3 journals, with indexing expected next year. Priya’s research has gained attention, resulting in 23 citations ,H-index of 2 and I10 index of 1 on Google Scholar up to September 2024, reflecting the impact and significance of her work in her field.
