Assistant Professor of Law
Kavya P is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law at the School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from the same institution and completed her undergraduate law degree at Mar Gregorios College of Law, Kerala. Her doctoral research focuses on Third-Party Funding in International Commercial Arbitration. Her broader academic interests include dispute resolution mechanisms, commercial litigation, corporate law, and the intersection of law with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
She has successfully cleared the UGC-NET (Law) and served as the Editorial Assistant to the Editor of the Christ University Law Journal (CULJ), where she was actively involved in the editorial and peer-review processes.
