Prof. (Dr.) Heena Ghanshyam Patoli is a highly motivated academic professional and researcher with over 22 years of experience in higher education, legal research, and academic administration. A dynamic scholar with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, she has demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and institutional development.
Dr. Patoli has made substantial contributions to legal education, particularly in Criminal Law, Labour Law, and allied areas of law and social sciences. She has taught Ph.D., LL.M., and LL.B. students, as well as MBA and other postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. Her academic expertise includes curriculum design, development of legal aid clinics and research centres, and supervision of doctoral scholars. She has published extensively, including SCOPUS-indexed articles, and has authored and co-authored several books on contemporary legal issues.
She has served in senior academic positions at institutions such as Chandigarh Law College, Mody University, Chandigarh University, Alliance University, Maharishi University, and Amity University. Dr. Patoli holds a Ph.D. in Law (Criminology), an LL.M. in Human Rights, and an MBA in Human Resource Management.
