Dr. Gyanashree Dutta
Associate Professor of Law
Dr. Gyanashree Dutta holds a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Law from Alliance University, Alliance School of Law, Bangalore, LL.M. from Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University, Assam, and B.A. LL.B. from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies, Bangalore University. Her areas of research interests include environmental law, climate change and law, human rights and law, constitutional law, gender and law. Apart from academics, she has a keen interest in various extra-curricular activities. She has also presented research papers in various national and international conferences, seminars and workshops, and has also published research papers in reputed books and journals, and also received the “Best Paper Presenter Award” in many such Conferences. She has also received the “Best Researcher Award (2020 - 2022)” in Alliance University, as well as in other International Conferences. By incorporating interactive methods and real-life legal scenarios, she aims to foster not only a strong grasp of legal theory but also the analytical and reasoning skills essential for aspiring legal professionals.
