Dr Tanvir Habib Sardar, a researcher in Big Data, Machine Learning, fuzzy set, and Distributed Computing who pursued a PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, in 2022, has over 15 years of teaching and research experiences. As a dedicated academician, he has been actively involved in administrative duties, contributed to curriculum development and program assessments, provided mentorship and academic advising, and participated in departmental and university committees. He has published 40+ research articles, including SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals, and holds 13 patents. Dr. Sardar has authored seven books and contributed to 12 book chapters. He is involved in enhancing the big data research domain as a lifetime professional member of multiple international institutes and an active reviewer of high-impact factor journals in the big data domain. His recent notable works include a 2024 book titled "Big Data Computing: Advances in Technologies, Methodologies, and Applications" by CRC, Taylor and Francis publisher, a research article titled "Deep SqueezeNet learning model for diagnosis and prediction of maize leaf diseases" by Journal of Big Data, Springer, SCIE, Q1, Impact Factor: 8.6, 2024, and a single authored detailed review article titled "Reflecting on a Decade of Evolution: MapReduce‐Based Advances in Partitioning‐Based, Hierarchical‐Based, and Density‐Based Clustering (2013–2023)", in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, Wiley, SCIE, Q1, Impact factor 6.4. He is also involved in research projects and collaborations in big data and deep learning domain. His PhD algorithms and process are patented with Indian patent application number 202241066218, dated 23.12.2022.
