Dr. Sridhar S K

Associate Professor

Dr. Sridhar S K is working as an Associate professor in Computer Science and Engineering department, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences under VTU, Belagavi in the year 2022. His research area is Machine learning assisted mobile cloud computing. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience and has delivered the effective lectures on Python programming, Cyber security, Principles of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, File structures, Operating systems, Embedded systems, Machine learning & its applications. He has 12 publications in his credit including 5 peer reviewed journals and 3 international conference papers. He has undergone expert level workshop on embedded systems by Wipro Technologies and was an active member of Wipro Mission10X from 2014-2020. He was also an active member of Infosys Campus Connect program intended to deliver the industry curriculum from 2010-2020 for which he has received an Inspire Faculty Excellence award in 2016 and gold partner faculty award in 2018. He has received an IBM certification on Mobile application development in 2017 and various best conference paper awards. He has applied for R & D Grant to VGST under K-FIST Level 1 as Principal Investigator for Rs.2000000 in Feb 2022. He has given invited lectures on Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning concepts. He has served as coordinator in various departmental and institute level activities including FDP, Conferences, Workshops, ISO, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, Start-up, LEAD, Alumni association and many more. He has attended more than 50 FDP and conducted more than 30 SDP for students. He has guided more than 10 non-academic projects for solving real world problems and are presented at various project exhibitions.
