Dr.Roohi Kursheed Khan. S is an Associate Professor & BBA Programme Manager at the School of Commerce & Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. She has pursued her Doctorate of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and has completed her MBA, M.Com & Diploma in Training & Development. She has more than 7 years of experience, teaching UG & PG students and 8 years of research experience. She is a recognised Ph.D research scholars supervisor of the university. Dr. Khan recently presented her research article at the prestigious Keble College, University of Oxford, United Kingdom  on leadership & teachers performance. She has published more than 18 research articles in various National, International, Referred & Scopus indexed journals. She is  also a nominated reviewer and editorial board member for various International & National journals that include Cogent Business & Management (CBM), Taylor & Francis journal and the Asian Journal of Business.  She is also an Associate Editor of the World Wide Journal of Management Studies. Some of her research presentations have won her Best Presentations Awards in various International Conferences. .  At the academic level, she has tenanted various positions as the examinations coordinator, examinations deputy and academic coordinator. In the university, she has organised many National and International level Conferences, Workshops and facilitated several Guest Lectures at various colleges in Bangalore and outside. She has also attended faculty development programs in IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Kozhikode, and IITM- Chennai.
