Dr. SK Habibullah
Assistant Professor
Dr. SK Habibullah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Dayananda Sagar University. He obtained his Ph.D. as a Prime Minister’s Research Fellow from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, under the supervision of Prof. Govardhan Reddy. His doctoral research, titled "Understanding RNA–Metal Ion Interactions: RNA Folding Pathways and Ion Selectivity". As a researcher in computational chemistry, his research focuses on various aspects of biophysical chemistry, utilizing the tools of statistical thermodynamics and molecular dynamics simulations.
Dr. Habibullah holds M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IITKgp) and B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta.
