Prof. Chandan Maji is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) - Main Campus, Devarakaggalahalli, Harohalli Kanakapura Road, Dt, Ramanagara, Karnataka, 562112. He has completed his M.Tech in Information and Cybersecurity from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Madhya Pradesh, and his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal.

He has contributed to multiple research and development projects in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, cybersecurity, and medical image processing. His notable work includes the development of a Movies Recommendation System using KNN-based collaborative filtering for personalized movie suggestions, a Deep Learning-based Potato Leaf Disease Detection system leveraging DenseNet121, MobileNetV2, and EfficientNet classifiers, and the Enhancement of Ultrasound Images using a two-way Generative Adversarial Network with Attention Mechanism and perceptual loss for improving non-paired ultrasound imaging.
