Mr. Chandaka Giri Babu
Assisstant Professor
Mr. Chandaka Giri Babu is a passionate educator and researcher with a strong academic background in computer applications. He completed his MCA from NIT Jamshedpur (2022 - 2025) and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in School Of Computer Applications, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru.
He gained practical exposure to machine learning during his internship at Novel Patterns, working on real-world applications using TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, and CNN-based image classification. Proficient in Python, C++, C, and SQL, he has a keen interest in data science and enjoys applying analytical techniques to solve real-world problems.
Alongside academics, Chandaka has held leadership roles such as PG Branch Head and Captain of the PG Cricket Team at NIT Jamshedpur. He has also represented the institute at Inter-NIT platforms and his district in multiple sports, including cricket at U-19, U-23, and senior levels.
With a blend of technical knowledge, teaching passion, and leadership experience, he aims to inspire students to think critically and innovate through data-driven approaches.
