Mr. Alapaka Madhu Sudhan Babu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. He is passionate about teaching, research, and mentoring students in emerging areas of Computer Science. His academic interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Software Engineering, Database Management Systems, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Full-Stack Web Development. He is committed to creating an engaging learning environment that combines strong theoretical foundations with practical, industry-oriented applications.

He completed his Integrated Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology – AP (VIT-AP), Amaravati, graduating with an outstanding CGPA of 9.51/10.00. During his academic journey, he actively participated in research, software development, technical mentoring, hackathons, and industry-oriented projects, building expertise in both teaching and applied research.

Prior to joining Dayananda Sagar University, Mr. Madhu served as a Technical Trainer Intern at FACE Prep, where he trained and mentored more than 500 engineering students in Data Structures & Algorithms, Programming, Aptitude, and Technical Interview Preparation. As part of his training responsibilities, he conducted intensive placement training programs at prestigious institutions, including Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, and the Sri Sairam Group of Institutions. His engaging teaching methodology, practical coding sessions, and student-centric mentoring earned him an excellent average student feedback rating of 4.5/5, reflecting his effectiveness as a trainer and mentor.

His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Database Systems, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Software Systems. He has authored Scopus-indexed research publications, including work on Cyber Crimes and Security Mitigation and Enhancing RAID-5 Performance through Controller-Level Caching, reflecting his commitment to impactful research in modern computing technologies.

Mr. Madhu has developed several innovative software solutions, including a Machine Learning-based Health Risk Detection System, an Advanced Android Attendance Management System, and an AI-powered Intelligent Traffic Chatbot. His technical expertise includes Java, Python, SQL, React.js, Node.js, Selenium, Docker, Git, JIRA, Power BI, and Cloud Technologies.

He has received several academic and professional recognitions, including being a National Runner-Up in Flipkart GRID 5.0 and 6.0, earning the Microsoft Azure AI (AI-900) certification, HackerRank Python (Advanced) certification, GeeksforGeeks Full Stack Development certification, and the VIT Academic Merit Award for academic excellence.
