D SUNDARAKRISHNAN is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He passed out his Chartered Accountancy Exam, in 1974. Has worked for more than 27 years in various Companies in Senior positions. In 2001, he was working as “General Manager – Finance and Company Secretary of a Multinational Company. At that point in time, he decided to go on his own, and started as a Financial Consultant, assisting his clients in Mobilising funds from banks, financial institutions, etc. He also engaged himself, in taking classes in various branches of Accounts and in financial reporting and Financial Management, which has been his passion all along.
